Seabound offers an onboard carbon capture system that is proven and ready today for ships. The retrofit solution fits each vessel with a modular, low-CAPEX design that is simple, compact, and quick to install. It captures 25–95% of target CO2, uses an abundant sorbent, and is fully automated and remotely monitored. The captured carbonate is offloaded at ports for reuse or sequestration, and carbonate can be recycled or CO2 sequestered or sold for fuel production. Led by co-founder and CEO Alisha Fredriksson, the team emphasizes practical deployment for shipowners.
