What You’ll Do
Review, refine, and improve AI-generated responses on topics such as M&A, strategy, due diligence, market analysis, financial modeling, and corporate structuring
Assess AI outputs for analytical rigor, actionable insights, and industry alignment
Draft realistic corporate scenarios (e.g., acquisition targets, synergy assessments, integration planning, competitive market entries)
Create scenario variations from perspectives such as acquirer, target, board member, investor, or analyst
Identify and explain inconsistencies or weaknesses in assumptions, business logic, or strategic recommendations
Rather than executing transactions or managing deals, you’ll shape how AI systems interpret and process high-level corporate development challenges, influencing the experience for millions of users.
Who We’re Looking For
Experienced corporate development, M&A, or strategy professional based in the EU or UK
Strong track record in deal evaluation, market research, and financial analysis
Skilled at reviewing business cases, synergy proposals, and critical assumptions
Familiar with best practices in integration, due diligence, and governance
Available 8–20 hrs/week, able to start soon

Identify gaps, flawed assumptions, or weak business logic in AI-generated content
In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated business content, ensuring it reflects real-world strategic thinking, analytical depth, and practical applicability. Rather than traditional consulting or transaction execution, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems genuinely understand and solve complex business problems.
Who You Are
Senior-level professional in corporate development, M&A, strategy, or management consulting
Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK
Several years of hands-on experience in deal evaluation, financial analysis, market research, or corporate governance
Strong ability to assess business reasoning and distinguish between technically plausible and practically sound solutions
Comfortable working independently and providing clear, critical feedback
Available for 8–20 hours per week, able to start soon
