Senior Motion Designer

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a skilled Motion Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will collaborate with designers, art directors, and creatives to produce engaging animations and videos that effectively convey complex concepts and meet client objectives.The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, meticulous attention to detail, and expertise in industry-standard software, including Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop eye-catching motion graphics for digital platforms, such as social media, websites, and video content;
• Collaborate across teams to develop and put into action fresh ideas that align with our clients and objectives;
• Utilize industry-standard software and tools to design and animate graphics, including Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro;
• Ensure high-quality output by staying informed about emerging trends and technologies in motion design such as AI;
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality;
• Work closely with the team and clients to develop and deliver innovative solutions that exceed expectations;
• Maintain a strong attention to detail and quality control throughout the design and production process.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• A minimum of three years of professional experience in motion design;
• Develop and refine initial concepts—whether your own or those of others—to produce high-quality animated designs;
• Well organized, responsible and dedicated to your work;
• Self-learning and being able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast evolving environment;
• Expert level skills in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro;
• Experience in moving AI is a plus but not required;
• Full working proficiency in the English language;
• Located and directly available to start working in Macedonia
