コマーシャル・セールス・チームのアカウント・エグゼクティブとして、中小規模の市場において戦略的に新規顧客を獲得し、クロージングすることで、Datadogのビジネス全体の成長に貢献します。確立されたセールス・メソッドとプロセスに沿って営業活動を進め、社内にいる複数の関係者と協力し、顧客独自のニーズを特定し、Datadog製品の価値を明確に伝えます。アカウント・エグゼクティブとして確実なキャリアを構築しながら、Datadogのコマーシャル・セールス・チームとして、一緒に成功を掴みましょう！

業務内容：

• アウトバウンドでの営業活動による新規顧客（ロゴ）獲得に注力
• 継続的かつ充実した製品・セールスのトレーニングを通じて、Datadogのエキスパートになる
• 技術面なデモや交渉などを含めた、すべての販売サイクルを担当する
• セールス・デベロップメント・チームと協力し、潜在顧客の開拓活動を推進する
• CTO・CIOや、エンジニアリング・ITのリーダー層、技術系エンドユーザーを戦略的に開拓する

募集要項：

• IT製品のフィールドセールス経験（クロージング含む）が2年以上
• 好奇心旺盛で新しいテクノロジーに関する知識習得への高い意欲
• 限定されたやり方に捉われず、クリエイティブな新規開拓活動ができる
• フィードバックから学び、継続的に成長し続けるマインド
• テクニカルな製品の取り扱いや、ペースの速い環境での業務に慣れている
• 営業KPI達成の経験があり、高い実績がある
