Senior Operations Manager
We are looking for a highly detailed, execution-focused Sr Operations Manager to join Trivium Group. This is not a "sit back and delegate" role; we need a "system architect" who is impatient with inefficiency and thrives on mapping out delivery pipelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing inspired leadership for the organization
- Making important policy, planning, and strategy decisions
- Communicating customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
- Developing, implementing, and reviewing operational policies and procedures
- Analyzing and improving organizational process and workflow, employee requirements, necessary equipment
- Assisting HR with recruiting for senior level roles
- Helping in promoting a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
- Playing a leading role in compiling company budget and growth strategy
- Executing strategies to optimize company and asset growth
- Ensuring all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitoring compliance with laws and regulations
- Working with the management team to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals
- Building alliances and partnerships with other organizations
- Managing staff levels, wages, hours, contract labor to revenues
- Authoring criterias for employees performance appraisals and organizing it (bonuses criteria, KPIs etc.)
- Driving employees and leading performance reviews, to ensure an engaged and skilled workforce
- Identifying and addressing problems and opportunities for the company
- Supporting worker communication with the management team
- Maintaining safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures
- Ensuring adherence to key performance objectives to meet business and customer expectations
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience managing a complex enterprise's human resources, finances, operations, or strategies
A degree in business, operations management, or a related field
A thorough understanding of financial and budgeting processes and principles
Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
Data-processing skills and ability to manage budgets
Strong problem-solving capability
Strong personal and professional judgment
Ability to delegate tasks effectively
Strong ethical leadership abilities

This will be a remotely administered FULL TIME [40 hr/week] position with an immediate starting date upon hire. Working hours: 9am - 2pm EST are mandatory, over 3 hours are flexible. You will need to be able to accommodate different schedules and time zones. You will need a quiet workspace with fast internet, a webcam, and a microphone for video calls. This role is compensated on pure experience, and you will receive considerable levels of autonomy and ownership over your projects.
