Project Manager

We are looking for a motivated Project Manager, with a broad set of soft and hard skills, who desires to solve the greatest challenges and make a positive impact on the teams and projects.

Responsibilities:

Project management and support of technical or customer projects (Budget, Time, Resources, Risks, Tasks)
Participate in the presales phase and conduct the process, supported by other team members
Draft proposals for clients
Take full end-to-end responsibility for projects
Ensure technical excellence in terms of technical documentation and delivery
Integration and set up of processes about compliance, Security, and Business continuity requirements
Participate in the continuous Improvement of our delivery processes.
Understandably explain complicated topics to audiences of different technical capabilities
Support business development with use-case analyses and workshops for potential clients
Build key relationships with stakeholders and customers.

Requirements

6+ years of relevant experience in the IT sector, including at least 4+ years as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager
Highly proficient in spoken and written English
Master's degree (Computer Science or similar) or equivalent experience
Understanding of software development and architecture
Previous experience working on Blockchain/DLT projects and the ability to drive pre-sales in this field
Familiarity with AI concepts and trends, ideally applied in hands-on project management
Knowledge of the financial sector (payments and capital markets)
Business process modeling skills
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills
Coaching and mentoring ability
