About the Role10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are seeking experienced risk analysts and risk management professionals based in the EU or UK to deepen the accuracy, insight, and real-world relevance of AI-powered risk assessment and mitigation systems.

What You Will Do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs on topics such as risk identification, evaluation, mitigation strategies, compliance, operational and financial risk management

• Evaluate AI responses for practical application, business realism, and sound risk logic

• Draft realistic business risk scenarios and case studies informed by your direct experience

• Create variations of scenarios from diverse perspectives (e.g. risk manager, compliance officer, executive, board member)

• Identify gaps, oversimplifications, or flawed assumptions in AI-generated risk analysis

In simple terms:You will assess and improve AI-generated risk management content, ensuring it reflects rigorous logic, authentic expertise, and practical strategies. Instead of traditional advisory work, you’ll use your experience to help AI systems truly understand and reason about modern risk challenges at scale.

Who You Are

• A senior-level risk analyst, risk manager, compliance officer, or similar practitioner

• Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK

• Several years of hands-on experience in risk analysis, risk assessment, compliance, operational or financial risk management

• Strong ability to spot weak logic, theoretical gaps, or impractical assumptions in risk reasoning

• Comfortable working independently and providing clear, structured feedback

• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with immediate or near-term availability
