Customer Transformation Advisor
The Role:
As a CTA you will serve as a strategic advisor with Industry - Technology- Consultative - Practitioner experience as a former ETO, CxO, CIO GPO, CTA, and/or GBS leader with real hands-on experience and knowledge of enterprise transformations. Primary outcomes and performance will be measured by Industry portfolio ARR growth, profitability and improved renewal rates.
This role is pivotal in driving transformation process excellence, strategy execution, and value realization across customer engagements. You will help shape and orchestrate helping customers by leveraging an Customer Engagement Model with an integrated Strategy Value Framework, Center of Excellence (CoE), and operationalize a Continuous Improvement Process Operating Model. Partnering closely with the Account Team including Account Executives, Value Engineers, Service Consultants, and Global/Regional System Integrators. You will ensure Celonis capabilities are embedded into the customer’s strategic roadmap to deliver measurable business outcomes and value realization.
The work you’ll do:
Key Customer Engagement Responsibilities:
- Align with SVP Global Customer Transformation & EVP of Value Engineering Leadership vision to develop & build the Customer Engagement Model muscle of the organization to serve customers
- Drive adoption of Celonis’ Industry Strategy Value Framework and industry-specific transformation blueprints
- Provide thought leadership around Process Intelligence, Execution Management, and AI-driven business outcomes
- Work in lockstep with Value Engineers, Service Consultants, GSI/RSIs to translate business strategy into executable enterprise value-driven roadmaps and act like a Client Partner/CAL
- Oversee and assist Account Team in the setup and execution of Centers of Excellence (CoE) within key customer accounts
- Define, engage and implement a Continuous Improvement Process Operating Rhythm (weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews) leveraging Celonis Control Towers and KPI dashboards focused on lead/lag metrics, root-cause analysis, and outcome-based transformations with a lean into the red mindset for customer engagements
- Serve as account sponsor in strategic customer engagements for enterprise transformation delivery & scalability
- Lead and Manage the EMEA EBC staff team to align with EMEA executive team goals and customer outcomes
- Support client teams through Quarterly Business Reviews to ensure alignment with Customer Success into account growth plans
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management and act as a strategic connector across Celonis functions – Sales, VE, Services, Product, and Partners and be assigned Executive Sponsor responsibilities.
- Build strong trusted relationships at C-Suite levels and executive alignment through joint strategic planning sessions with customers
Key Leadership & Management Role & Responsibilities:
- Support the Industry portfolio of P&L business
- Work with the CEM advisory team to develop methodologies, playbooks, training and enablement of Account Teams
- Participate in the EMEA EBC staff to improve Customer engagement insertion into C-Suite relationships
- Enable advisors to deliver transformation leadership within their respective industries, aligning best practices with customer value paths
- Build Account Playbooks & Strategic Account Plans to grow and retain customers to strengthen customer C-Suite relationships
- Setup governance models to track value realization, ROI, and operational improvements
- Outcomes: Ensure CTA practice success is measurable, referenceable, and helping with customer ARR and profitability
Industry, Customer Council, & Change Maker Role & Responsibilities:
- Participate in EMEA CIO & GBS Councils to drive Customer satisfaction, reduce churn and improve ARR growth
- Participate in the EMEA Change Maker programs in each region
- CTA participate in key industry forums, executive briefings, and technology conferences to grow new Logo revenue
- Coordinate with the Global CIO & GBS Councils at Celosphere for the EMEA chapter
- Outcomes: grow new revenue and grow revenue on existing Council and Change Maker accounts
Cross Functional Support Responsibilities:
- Work with Product Development, Product Marketing, AE, VE, and SC to align on Industry Value Paths for Customer GTM Value offerings
Qualifications for Enterprise Transformation Advisors:
- 10+ years of enterprise transformation experience/leadership, preferably in corporations, consulting, strategy execution, and/or enterprise SaaS.
- Deep understanding of industry-specific operations and value chains (e.g., R2R, P2P, O2C, H2R).
- Proven track record of working with senior C-Suite executives and relationships and leading multidisciplinary teams in complex transformation programs.
- Strong familiarity with Celonis, Process Mining, Execution Management, and value engineering concepts
- Excellent strategic thinking, executive presence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
