Job Description

ABOUT YOUR ROLE 职位描述

The Program Manager is a strategically critical role that leads and manages the strategy and future roadmap for manufacturing 4.0 and its connection to the Hub and Spoke strategy for Apparel Solutions. This strategy focuses on ongoing and future development of digital manufacturing capability in our Apparel operations, while sharing guidance and keeping connection to the journey in other portions of RBIS.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 工作职责:

- Proactive and ongoing program management, tracking and supporting communications.
- Collaborating with others for ongoing strategy and roadmap development.
- Ability to develop and lead complex initiatives with limited direct supervision.
- Ongoing collaboration and communication with colleagues and stakeholders across all functions to understand priority needs and opportunities and to share ideas and proposals.
- Technology scouting and open innovation - engage in processes to proactively identify potential solutions and partners, establish and engage in ongoing practices to build a culture that encourages trying new things and failing fast to drive rapid learning.
- Using effective problem solving and application of lean principles.

Qualifications

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU 职位要求:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or commensurate training and work experience with demonstrated technical expertise across a range of products, manufacturing and data systems technologies.
- Minimum 5 years related work experience - areas relevant to program management, data systems technologies, operations, process improvements, and problem solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to effectively work, positively influence and collaborate with others.
- Ability to travel when required to support business.
