This HRBP Director role partners directly with the senior leaders shaping Twilio’s Product Management organization.
This is a hands-on, high-impact IC role designed for someone who loves being at the heart of product strategy and innovation, thrives in product development environments, and energized by the opportunity to apply OE/OD practices and tools to ensure business success.
This role joins a broader HR team that supports Product, Engineering, & R&D.
Responsibilities
You’ll shape the future of Twilio’s Product Management org by crafting and delivering-on a bold talent strategy that elevate capabilities, evolve how teams collaborate, and strengthen organizations built to create world-class CPaaS products. This is achieved by:
- Spotting opportunities through consultative, data-driven discovery efforts
- Partnering with executive clients to create durable, pro-active talent strategies
- Designing and deploying high-impact talent program
- Partnering with HR CoEs to ensure your clients extract max value from enterprise programs
- Supercharging your work by leveraging AI tools to move faster, work smarter, and create space for deeper strategic work
Qualifications
Required:
- 14+ years of HRBP experience
- Deep knowledge of product development orgs, including operating models, methodologies, roles, and trends
- Proven ability to deliver scalable, high-ROI, business-first people programs
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Energized by learning, solving complex problems, and driving results
Desired:
- Experience partnering with internal OE consultants and/or HCM strategy firms
- Background working within HRBP teams that build and drive functional talent strategies
Location
This role will be remote, US
Travel
We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, you may be required to travel occasionally to participate in project or team in-person meetings.

Compensation
*Please note this role is open to candidates outside of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington D.C., and Washington State. The information below is provided for candidates hired in those locations only.
The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:
- Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C. : $171,120.00 - $213,900
- Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $177,700.00-$222,100.00
- Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $197,400.00-$246,700.00
This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan. All roles are generally eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
