This dynamic team, led by the VP of Global Partner Marketing & North America Marketing, collaborates with regional partner marketing, partner management, the global ecosystem team, and the broader go-to-market organization to create and execute integrated demand generation programs that build awareness and accelerate pipeline.

As Senior Partner Marketing Manager for GSIs, you will be a driving force in leading marketing strategy and execution with five of our most strategic global partners.
This role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing programs to, with and through our partners to enhance awareness, drive joint demand, and increase partner-driven pipeline and ACV.
The work you’ll do:
- GSI Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies that align GSI engagement with Celonis’ business objectives and revenue goals.
- Market to GSIs: Develop a 1:1 ABM plan for your partners to increase awareness and drive business outcomes with each partner.
- Direct Demand Generation: Collaborate with regional partner marketing and field marketing teams to design and implement demand generation campaigns with GSIs that increase awareness, create leads, and accelerate pipeline with and through partners.
- Develop Thought Leadership: Work with GSI partners and external agencies to develop co-branded content, case studies, webinars, and event speaking engagements to showcase joint successes and establish market leadership with our partners.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Build strong relationships with partner managers, ecosystem stakeholders, and the extended marketing team to ensure seamless execution of global and regional partner campaigns.
- Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to optimize marketing investments and measure partner-driven pipeline and ACV growth.
- Event Leadership: Partner with the events team to sell sponsorships to GSIs, drive partner attendance, and ensure a high-value partner experience for our flagship events, including Partner Days, Process Intelligence Days, Celosphere, and Ecosystem Summit.
The qualifications you need:
- 6+ years marketing experience, with at least 3+ years focused on GSIs or large-scale technology partnerships
- Strong understanding of the GSI ecosystem, partner dynamics, and co-marketing best practices.
- Strong ability to translate high-level strategies into operational plans and execute them effectively across regions and teams.
- Experience managing global marketing initiatives and aligning with regional execution teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Advanced ability to analyze performance metrics and use insights to guide decision-making.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools, and reporting platforms.
- Fluent in English
