The Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing support to production, ensuring equipment reliability and operational continuity. The role focuses on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement through standardized maintenance and lean practices. Provide support to Production.

This position reports to the Manager, Manufacturing Engineer and is part of the Manufacturing Department located in Grens and will be an on-site role.

What you’ll do

  • Curative and Preventive Maintenance.
  • Manage CMMS for Manufacturing team (new equipment, maintenance plan, related documentation and spares).
  • Installation of new equipment, and layout modification.
  • Handling issues related to Environmental Health & Safety. Ensure compliance to all standards.
  • Application of LEAN manufacturing using Danaher Tools.
  • Continuous improvement of safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
  • Work in a 2x8 Shift.

Who you are

  • Technical Diploma or degree with 3+ years maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
  • Maintenance Work & Problem Solving – Electrical, Pneumatic & Mechanic.
  • Experienced Working on Own Initiative.
  • Computer literacy (CMMS, Office, QMS software, etc.).
  • Experience in Controlling and Maintaining Spare Parts.
  • Experience in a Regulated Environment.
  • Fluent in French; English preferred
