Location: Lisbon, Portugal (OnSite)

Start Date: 4 September 2025

Contract Type: CDD Fixed Term, 6 months

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, customeroriented Frenchspeaking Customer Service Specialist with a solid C1 level of English to join our team in Lisbon.

Youll be the voice of our brand, helping customers with inquiries, solving issues, and ensuring they have a great experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers in French and English
  • Provide accurate information, troubleshooting, and firstcontact resolution
  • Ensure customer satisfaction while following company procedures
  • Escalate complex cases when necessary and follow up on pending issues

Schedule & Time Off

  • Shifts: Monday to Sunday, 24/7 operations (rotating shifts including night shifts)
  • Days Off: 2 rotating days per week

Requirements

  • Native/Fluent French and C1level English (verified through Harver English assessment)
  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service
  • Strong problemsolving and communication skills
  • EU ID, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or valid visa (subject to consultation)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary & Bonuses

  • Base Salary: 900/month × 14 months/year
  • Performance Bonus: 100/month × 11 months/year
  • Welcome Bonus: 1,000 (paid after joining)
  • Position Bonus (Braga only): 20 × 12 months/year (not Lisbon)

Allowances

  • Meal Allowance: 7.23/day worked
  • Transport Allowance: 20/month

Health Insurance

  • Coverage starts on Day 1 (paid monthly by employee, free after 6 months)

Relocation Package (Lisbon only)

  • Reimbursement of airfare up to 400 (Economy class) after 6 months
  • Room in a shared apartment (max 12 months) rent 280/month incl. utilities (deducted from payslip)
