Job Description:
Sales Manager – Landed Residential Project
About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and oversee all sales activities for premium landed housing projects under a strategic Japanese–Indonesian Joint Venture.
This role requires strong leadership, structured sales execution, and the ability to drive performance while maintaining premium brand positioning aligned with Japanese standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full sales cycle of landed residential projects.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and absorption targets.
- Oversee daily sales operations, including in-house sales team and property agents.
- Monitor pipeline, closing ratio, and sales performance metrics.
- Ensure strong coordination with marketing, customer service, and project teams
- Maintain premium customer experience from inquiry to handover.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasting and regular reporting to management and JV stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and buyer behavior.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- 7–15 years of experience in property sales, preferably landed residential or township projects.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership experience managing sales teams and external agents.
- Strategic thinking with strong execution capability.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in multinational or structured corporate environments is a plus.
