Manager, Sales Operations
Seeking a Manager of Sales Operations to lead the JAPAC Sales Ops function, manage analysts, and drive sales operations across Japan and APAC.
Figma is growing our team of passionate people on a mission to make design accessible to all. We’re looking for a Manager of Sales Operations to join our global Sales Operations team and lead the buildout of our JAPAC Sales Ops function. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our JAPAC hubs in Singapore or Tokyo.
What you'll do at Figma:
- Build and lead the JAPAC Sales Operations function, managing two analysts across the region
- Drive forecasting, performance management, territory planning, and quota execution for JAPAC
- Partner with GTM Strategy, BizOps, Partnerships and Finance to evaluate new market opportunities and support expansion
- Collaborate with Sales Systems and Enablement to optimize systems, processes, and workflows for JAPAC needs
- Provide leadership and structure to improve regional sales performance and accountability
- Support channel and reseller operations, including policy enforcement and Rules of Engagement
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related field, including 2+ years managing teams
- Experience supporting complex B2B SaaS sales motions in a global company with a proven track record in fast-growing, ambiguous environments
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Sales, Finance, Strategy, and Enablement teams
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
- Familiarity with SQL and ability to self-serve data for analysis
- Fluency in Japanese
