The Continuous improvement Specialist supports and leads continuous improvement initiatives across both manufacturing and transactional environments, reporting to the CI Manager. The role focuses on improving key business processes using Lean methodologies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement through training and coaching, and driving measurable operational and financial results.
Principal Responsibilities:
Support the definition and deployment of the Site Transformation Plan, ensuring alignment across site functions and contributing to the achievement of strategic goals, metrics, and results.
Drive process improvement projects using Lean methodologies, leading problem‑solving initiatives to address bottlenecks, improve productivity, quality, and lead time across manufacturing and transactional processes.
Promote and implement standard work practices to simplify processes, ensure consistency, and improve the quality of outputs.
Identify improvement opportunities and manage CI projects, developing business cases, tracking project outcomes, and ensuring delivery of operational and financial benefits.
Train and coach employees on Lean and Six Sigma tools, supporting the spread of the CI culture and guiding colleagues through Continuous Improvement and certification paths.

Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields or Business Experience;
2+ years of process improvement experience leading cross-functional projects (manufacturing and/or transactional environment);
Basic knowledge of core Lean tools (Value Stream Mapping, Managing for Daily Improvement, 5S, Standard Work, Problem Solving, Continuous Flow, Material Flow);
Superior oral & written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with individuals at all levels within and outside of the company;
Proven project management and leadership abilities in a team environment;
Fluent in Italian and English written/spoken;
Positive and energetic attitude;
People oriented;
Change and conflict management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Green Belt certification is a plus
