Senior Fullstack Engineer, Trust

You'll be working on 0→1 initiatives, shaping the future of security with cutting-edge AI capabilities. The Trust organization owns three distinct AI-powered products (Trust Center, Questionnaire Automation, Vendor Risk Management) and is actively innovating on new products. As a Senior Software Engineer at Vanta, you’ll be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional projects that may span across teams and systems. Senior Engineers at Vanta have a demonstrated history of leadership—you will define architecture, scope and assign work, align stakeholders, mentor engineers, and ship critical components, and you have a lengthy track record of doing this. You’ll help develop and scale Vanta’s Trust Products, and guide technical growth across the org. Vanta’s levels are a little different than other tech companies- we often see people with Staff or Principal titles at other organizations with scope that matches our Senior level.
