Inside Sales Representative

Job Description:

RichardsonRFPD, an Arrow company, is a specialized electronic component distributor providing design engineers with deep technical expertise and localized global design support for the latest new products from the world’s leading suppliers of RF, Wireless, IoT and Power Technologies.

We are looking to recruit a Inside Sales Representative based in Petah Tikva, Israel to join our team. This position will be in direct contact with sales teams and will report to the Inside Sales Manager. There is a tremendous chance to develop our business to be even more successful.

Inside sales

• Assisting the Field Sales Engineers with day-to-day tasks and communicating with customers on the phone and via email
• Order processing, dealing with incoterms, liaising with transportation department re shipping methods
• Working with Trade Compliance on any orders requiring export documentation
• Managing the back-order report (all open orders), review to ensure customer orders are ready to ship on schedule.
• Expediting and ensuring parts arrive on time to meet customers scheduled requirements and delivery deadlines
• Notify Customers of any ship date changes
• Organising samples to be shipped to our customers, tracking progress on samples
• Ensuring leads from our web site and from our vendors are dealt with in a timely manner
• Updating customer records on our computer system; contacts, telephone & fax, email, market segment, customer class, application code.
• Ensuring high standard of customer service by promptly reacting to customer

What are we looking for?

• 3 years+ of related experience, ideally with a distribution background in the territory defined above.
• Ability to negotiate and to build relationships at all levels of customers and suppliers.
• Fluency in English, and Hebrew language.
• A knowledge of Salesforce and Oracle would be an advantage.
