About the Role
We’re looking for a Financial Reporting Specialist to join our Finance Team and help scale Solidgate’s global reporting operations during a phase of rapid growth.
This role combines structured, high-quality reporting with real impact. You’ll work with multiple international entities, support complex group audits, and keep our reporting accurate, compliant, and ready for scale — while continuously improving and automating core finance processes.

What You’ll Own
Local reporting for international legal entities, ensuring timely, precise, and compliant financial statements
Preparation and delivery of information and documentation for banks, management, and auditors
Coordination with BIG-4 auditors during annual audits
Planning and implementing improvements and automation in accounting and reporting processes
Communication with consultants across multiple jurisdictions
Preparation and submission of regulatory reports and tax declarations
You’re a Great Fit if You Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Economics, or a related field
2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, reporting, or audit
Strong knowledge of IFRS and international accounting standards, with the ability to interpret financial reports
Advanced Excel skills — complex formulas, data analysis, reporting
Solid grasp of banking operations, transactions, and payment instruments
Structured thinking, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability
High attention to detail, responsibility, and ownership
Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice to Have
English at Upper-Intermediate / Advanced level
Experience preparing reports for international or foreign companies
Pursuing financial qualifications (ACCA, CFA, CIMA)
