The Role
As Senior Revenue Systems Architect, you will be the technical architect behind Lucanet’s go-to-market engine, designing and engineering the revenue technology ecosystem that powers our entire customer lifecycle — from first marketing touch to customer expansion and renewal.
This is a high-impact role where you will lead GTM engineering initiatives, build AI-powered workflows, and ensure seamless integration and data quality across all revenue systems. If you thrive on solving complex technical challenges, love leveraging AI to drive measurable impact, and want to shape the future of revenue technology in a fast-growing SaaS environment, this role is for you.
What you'll do
- Architect, integrate and maintain end-to-end revenue systems across Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, Planhat, and other GTM tools.
- Design scalable architecture blueprints that enable account-based funnel models, real-time data synchronization, and frictionless GTM execution.
- Build AI-powered GTM workflows and custom AI agents using platforms like Clay, Claude, and n8n to automate data enrichment, account scoring, and pipeline acceleration.
- Establish AI-driven GTM standards by creating reusable templates, defining AI pipeline metrics, and driving adoption across the organization.
- Ensure data quality and governance through automated monitoring, enrichment solutions, and proactive issue detection.
- Serve as the technical liaison between RevOps and IT (specifically the Salesforce Team), ensuring alignment with enterprise security and architectural standards.
- Mentor team members and drive change adoption, providing technical guidance, documentation, and enablement for new tools and workflows.
What you bring to the table
- Experience in revenue systems architecture, enterprise integrations, or GTM engineering in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture and GTM tech stacks (HubSpot, Gong, Planhat, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with AI and automation platforms (Clay, n8n, Claude) and proven ability to design AI-powered workflows.
- Strong technical skills in system architecture, API development, data modeling, and integration patterns.
- Proven track record of implementing scalable, automated solutions that improve GTM efficiency and pipeline velocity.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders and present to executive audiences.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align technical architecture with business objectives and revenue growth goals.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus but not required.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have the legal right to work in the country of employment.
