About the Role
To keep up with our rapid growth, we’re looking for an HR Business Partner who will help us scale our people strategy and strengthen our teams.
This role is not about maintaining processes — it’s about creating, shaping, and making HR a true driver of business success.
What you’ll do
Own the full employee journey: onboarding, performance, learning, engagement, retention, offboarding
Partner with managers to grow strong, high-performing teams and support a culture of ownership and excellence
Build and improve HR processes — from idea to launch — ensuring they are scalable and effective
Use data and HR analytics to shape strategies and measure impact
Be the go-to person for employees on policies, processes, and personal growth
What you’ll need
4+ years of experience in HR, Operations, or People Management roles
A hands-on builder mentality: you enjoy creating and improving, not just maintaining
Data-driven mindset — confident with spreadsheets, metrics, and analysis
Strong organizational and communication skills
English level B2+
