Leasing Senior Manager

Job Description:

The Leasing Senior Manager will oversee the implementation of leasing strategies and manage tenant acquisition for industrial, residential, and commercial properties. This role bridges high-level strategy and day-to-day leasing activities, ensuring a high occupancy rate and tenant satisfaction.

Job Descrptions 

• Manage and coordinate leasing activities for various properties, including industrial estates, warehouses, residential units, and commercial spaces. 
• Oversee negotiations for lease terms and contracts to maximise the company's value. 
• Conduct market research to identify potential tenants and competitive offerings. 
• Provide insights and recommendations to adjust leasing strategies as necessary. 
• Lead a team of leasing managers and coordinators to meet and exceed occupancy targets. 
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members. 
• Foster relationships with tenants to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention. 
• Monitor leasing performance and prepare reports for senior leadership.

General Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in leasing or marketing in the property/real estate industry. 
• Fluent in English, both in conversation and writing.
• Can speak Mandarin is a plus point.
• Good at sales and presentation.
• Persistent and hard work.
