Job Description

Job SummaryThe Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role involves understanding business needs, translating them into clear requirements, and supporting the delivery of technology solutions that drive business value.

✅ Key Responsibilities🔹 Requirements & AnalysisElicit, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories).Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.Create process flows, use cases, wireframes, and data models.🔹 Stakeholder ManagementAct as a liaison between business users, product owners, developers, and QA teams.Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on scope and priorities.Facilitate discussions to resolve requirement gaps or conflicts.🔹 Solution SupportCollaborate with technical teams during design and development.Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT activities.Validate implemented solutions against business requirements.Assist in change management and user adoption.🔹 Documentation & GovernanceMaintain requirement traceability matrices (RTM).Ensure proper documentation and version control.Support compliance, audit, and governance processes where applicable.Required Skills & Competencies🔹 Core SkillsStrong business analysis and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationExperience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologiesStakeholder management and facilitation skills🔹 Technical & ToolsRequirement tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.)Process modeling (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart)SQL basics and data analysis (preferred)Experience with APIs, integrations, or enterprise systems (ERP, CRM) is a plus
