Senior Analyst, SAP Service Management & Leasing
POSITION SUMMARY
Zoetis, Inc. is the world's largest producer of medicine and vaccinations for pets and livestock. The Zoetis Tech & Digital (ZTD) Global ERP organization is as a key building block of ZTD comprising of enterprise applications and systems platforms.
The Senior Analyst for Service Management & Leasing plays a pivotal role in ensuring the implementation and optimization of Order to Cash (O2C) solutions at Zoetis. This individual is tasked with spearheading Service Management initiatives within O2C, with a focus on supporting the Service Management and Diagnostic business units.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes and design solutions.
- Act as internal consultant and design architect for SAP global solution, working with Business Partners.
- Develop, prototype, test and implement solution improvements to increase stability, usability, and functionality to enable end users to meet business objectives.
- Responsible for EMEA, APAC regions and report to ZICC Product Expert.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and release notes.
- Good understanding of SAP ERP/S4HANA systems with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
- Engage in continuous performance tuning and reengineering of existing integrations to improve processing efficiency and reduce latency
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, prototype, test and implement Order Mgt. functionality and integration with other SAP modules like Vistex for pricing, Hybris integration and Service management tools for Order to Cash - 30%
Develop, prototype, test and implement Service Management and Leasing functionality and integration with other SAP modules like Vistex for pricing and Hybris integration for O2C - 30%
Deliver local statutory requirements for international markets. - 30%
Occasionally support AMS team in high priority issues and come up with solutions - 10%
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
- Interacting with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements, understand business processes, and ensure that integration solutions align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Participate in project planning activities, risk assessment, and scheduling for SAP projects.
- Interacting with external vendors or partners who provide software or services that need to be integrated with SAP systems.
- Work with implementation partners who may be responsible for deploying, configuring, or maintaining integrated solutions within Zoetis IT landscape.
- Coordinate with developers and other members of the development team to implement integration solutions, share knowledge, and address technical challenges.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5-7+ years of combined SAP O2C experience with multiple full life cycle implementations
- Experience in life sciences / pharmaceuticals industry preferred.
- Experience in SAP HANA/Vistex Modules/CRM/Hybris/Salesforce is preferred.
- Domain Expertise in Commercial Processes and solutions, Order Management and integration with upstream planning and downstream logistics processes
- Solid grasp of indirect sales processing
- Knowledge and experience with Bio Device, Diagnostics device and service processes and solutions, as required to support all team leads.
- Experience with GATP, GTS, DMR and Vistex
- Experience with dealing with key integration areas in Planning, Intercompany sales, Finance, and Logistics are fundamental.
- Demonstrated experience of various IT practices, international projects, including but not limited to, project management, operational service delivery, large project implementations.
- Experience participating in complex SAP implementation and migration projects, including S/4HANA transformations.
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Identify, propose, and influence technology solutions to build and maintain the optimal data and infrastructure architecture to support the reporting requirements.
Experience with configuration of SAP ECC 6.0, CS, and SD modules in several or all of the following areas:
oMaster Data, Equipment, Material Serial profile, Functional Location and Warranties
oService Notification and Service Order
oSales order ATP process
oPricing
oResource Related Billing (RRB)
oPeriodic and Milestone billing
oCustomer Leasing and integration with Finance
oKnowledge of Variant configuration is a plus
oWorking knowledge of SM/CS integration with CRM tools such as SFDC
oHands on experience in identifying and working through O2C User Exits and directing ABAP developers. Ability to debug as needed.

Regular working hours are from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM EST (ICC Second Shift).
Sometimes, more overlap with the EST Time zone is required during production go-live.
