Graphic Designer for a DTC Brand (US-based/Remote)

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who specializes in creating high-performing ad creatives and landing pages for eCommerce brands. This role is focused on leveraging AI tools for static and video generation (not traditional video editing) to produce performance-driven creatives for paid ads and organic content. You should have a strong understanding of what converts — from scroll-stopping ad visuals to high-converting landing pages.
Responsibilities:
Design high-quality static ad creatives for Meta and Google Ads
Create AI-generated video and visual content for paid and organic channels
Design and optimize landing pages for eCommerce brands (conversion-focused)
Produce engaging organic social content aligned with brand voice
Translate performance briefs into high-converting visual executions
Create multiple variations of creatives for A/B testing and scaling
Stay updated with the latest AI creative tools and trends
Strong experience designing performance-focused ad creatives (Meta & Google)
Experience using AI tools for content creation (image + video generation). Experience with tools like Midjourney, Runway, Pika, or similar AI tools
Proven experience working with eCommerce brands
Ability to design high-converting landing pages
Proficient in tools like Figma, Photoshop, or similar
Highly creative with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
