The CRM Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions to support business processes, ensuring secure, scalable, and integrated CRM capabilities within a fast-paced, agile environment.
What you'll do:
- Configure and extend Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including entities, forms, views, dashboards, and model-driven applications.
- Design and implement workflows, business rules, plugins, and Power Automate flows based on user stories and functional requirements.
- Develop and manage integrations between CRM and external systems, including Azure SQL, finance systems, and Power Platform components.
- Implement and maintain CRM security models, including roles, access controls, and secure external integrations.
- Perform data migration, mapping, cleansing, and ensure data quality and integrity across systems.
- Contribute to Power Platform ALM and release management, including CI/CD pipelines and environment strategies.
- Apply secure-by-design and DevSecOps practices, including secrets management and change control.
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary agile teams, supporting delivery across evolving requirements.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation and support BAU handover.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise CRM performance, governance, and operations.
What you'll bring:
- Demonstrated experience developing Dynamics 365 CE/Dataverse solutions, including configuration of tables, relationships, forms, and business rules.
- Strong experience implementing server-side logic using plugins, workflows, and Power Automate.
- Experience building dashboards, reports, and visualisations for business users.
- Proven experience implementing CRM security models, auditing, and data governance practices.
- Experience with data migration, integration, and enterprise connectivity using APIs, Azure services, and custom development (C#/.NET).
- Strong understanding of Power Platform ALM, CI/CD (Azure DevOps), and environment management strategies.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, including secure development, access control, and governance.
- Ability to work effectively in agile, multidisciplinary teams and manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience producing technical documentation and supporting operational handover.
