A leading cargo industry player is looking out for an IT Support professional.

The Role:

Provide on-site IT support for computers, mobile devices, tablets and printers.
Support the remote switch configurations and testing.
Support switches disconnection, dismount and mount to rack, patching, cabling which will be done by local provider.
Fresh grads are welcome to apply
A minimum vocational certificate in IT or related studies.
Willing to undertake a 3/6/12 month contract with the possibility of an extension.
Some prior experience in IT support and administration.
Knowledge in hardware and software systems.
Basic network skills.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
