Job Description/Responsibilities
The Client Executive is responsible for nurturing the relationship with clients assigned as key clients, by managing their accounts to ensure a long-term relationship and to maximize opportunities with these accounts. Responsibilities Create a positive onboarding experience for new clients. Conduct proactive and continuous visits/liaisons with clients to ensure their needs are met. Oversee service delivery to ensure all procedures agreed in service contracts are being carried out efficiently and effectively. Maintain constant dialogue with internal departments to ensure service delivery challenges are identified and quickly addressed at the appropriate levels. Organize and conduct training to enable clients to fully understand and utilize services. Advise client of new services and suggest customization according to client needs. Maintain accurate records of all existing and potential clients. Perform the role of subject matter expert for assigned services. Cultivate solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service. Perform any other assigned duties within the scope of the job.
Job Requirements
Tertiary-level training in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and education Minimum three (3) years experience in a similar capacity Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Excellent interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Excellent time management & organizational skills. Ability to work well with others and create positive internal and external partnerships. Ability to stay calm in busy and stressful situations. A positive and upbeat attitude. Proven work experience in the Customer Service department as a Client Servicing Executive Flexible availability
