About the role:

• Optimize processes within the marketplace teams to improve their performance, leveraging data and analytics
• Define the strategy of the marketplace
• Think outside the box and come up with creative ways to automate and simplify processes 
• Measure the performance of the events in the marketplace to optimize their position 
• Measure the performance of the teams to optimize the resource allocation and their outcome
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Maintain a high sense of ownership, urgency, and drive to meet business goals and objectives

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in a project management role
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish
• Strong knowledge of Google Spreadsheets/Microsoft Excel and data analysis (SQL/Python)
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a bias towards data-driven decision making
• Strong lateral thinking
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work successfully across many disciplines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Higher degree (Master's, PhD) in a relevant field.
• Digital marketing background, with experience in social paid platforms.
