Responsibilities

• Execute Retrofit activities within the SAP S/4HANA environment based on prioritized business requirements

• Analyze gaps identified during the implementation phase and design solutions aligned with the global template

• Configure and enhance SAP QM processes within the S/4HANA landscape

• Coordinate configuration, testing, and validation of deferred functionalities

• Ensure that enhancements are integrated smoothly without disrupting live operations

• Ensure seamless integration between SAP QM and other modules such as MM, PP, and EWM 

• Maintain connectivity between SAP S/4HANA and surrounding applications • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements during system enhancements

• Provide functional and technical expertise in SAP Quality Management processes

• Support troubleshooting and resolution of SAP-related issues during retrofit and enhancement activities

• Work closely with development teams on technical enhancements and improvements

• Collaborate with the RUN team and program stakeholders 

• Maintain technical and functional documentation 

• Support knowledge transfer and maintain the Retrofit solution knowledge base 

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP QM

• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA implementations or rollouts

• Strong understanding of Quality Management processes in manufacturing environments

• Experience with SAP integrations between QM and other logistics modules

• Experience in international SAP rollout programs 

• Ability to work in complex multi-stakeholder environments 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in Hungarian and English
