Job Description
Handle daily order scheduling and related activities.
MRP Planning: Plan and monitor customer forecasts and raw material supply status.
Regularly provide raw material forecasts to suppliers for call-off, so that we can shorten raw material (RM) lead time and maintain buffer stock at vendors' sites to reduce our inventory level.
Analyze demand and supply scenarios.
Streamline the weekly review process among Planning, Production, and Procurement teams, and connect customer forecasts with internal plant procedures to build an integrated supply chain that matches demand and supply.
Conduct regular reviews of excess stock and SMOG.
Ensure the accuracy of raw material inventory.
Inventory & DSI Control: Control inventory levels, safety stock levels, and other key performance figures.
Handle communication and reporting related to supply chain planning.
Ensure adequate information exchange between demand and supply parties.
Initiate corrective and preventive actions.
Provide advice on overdue raw materials in coordination with QC and LD teams.
Process MRO purchasing requests.
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Working Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in supply chain, planning, or related support systems.
Technical & Professional Knowledge: Strong computer skills. Knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) and SAP is preferred.
Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Possess a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and good administrative skills.
Be self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with other departments.
Possess skills in priority setting, decision-making, and problem-solving.
