Apollo.io is hiring a Senior Full-Funnel Solution Consultant to serve as a trusted technical advisor across the entire customer lifecycle.
This is a senior-level IC role designed for consultants who can own complex, high-stakes deals, accelerate time-to-value, and influence technical strategy in both pre-sale and post-sale settings.
You will partner with senior AEs, Sales Leadership, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to architect end-to-end solutions—from discovery through onboarding and expansion.
You will also help scale the Solution Consulting team by building reusable assets, documenting best practices, and mentoring peers.
📝 What You’ll Do
🚀 Strategic Deal Support & Expansion
Lead technical discovery and solution validation in high-value sales opportunities.
Customize demo flows and trial setups for strategic accounts.
Architect post-sale solutions, integrations, and enablement plans.
Partner with CS to reduce implementation friction and accelerate expansion.
🔬 Solution Architecture & GTM Systems
Design scalable integration and onboarding frameworks.
Create technical diagrams and API documentation.
Influence GTM tooling strategy and solution designs across teams.
🧰 Enablement, Mentorship & Assets
Build playbooks, demo templates, and solution architectures.
Coach junior SCs on full-funnel strategies and technical fluency.
Document technical learnings and support internal enablement efforts.
🤷🏽♂️ What We’re Looking For
👌🏽 Required
6–8+ years in solution consulting, sales engineering, or technical success.
Deep experience leading technical validation and implementation for strategic SaaS deals.
Fluency in REST APIs, CRMs, data pipelines, and marketing or sales automation tools.
Skilled communicator with strong executive presence.
Demonstrated ability to work across Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering teams.
➕ Nice to Have
Experience selling, implementing, or using GTM AI solutions.
Past experience at a fast-growing PLG or dual-motion SaaS company.
Background in integration-heavy customer lifecycles.
Proven success mentoring or training SC peers.
