How you'll make an impact
Identify and capture opportunities through public and private portals.
Analyze bid requirements and prepare proposals aligned with pricing policies and territory management.
Maintain updated qualification and corporate documentation.
Follow up on active contracts with the BD Tenders team, ensuring compliance with terms and deadlines.
Perform basic analysis of field scan results (e.g., physical vs system of record inventory) for SOX Compliance through multiple systems, cross functional departments (e.g., Contracts, Sales, Finance, Quality, Implant Registry, Supply Chain, Customer Service, IT) and external partners to make recommendations to customer service for resolution.
Collaborate with field sales team in managing all inventory at each account including quarterly/daily reconciliations, implanted and expired units, Open RGAs (return goods authorization), unauthorized returns, inventory adjustments and bail outs.
Generate standardized reports on sales information, e.g., sales results, products, Sales Ops performance, reason codes, etc.
Customer platform management and Call Center performance analysis
Participate in system testing, implementation, and process improvement projects.
Interview and survey sales team to investigate and identify best practices and business trends to as part of strategic decisions.
Monitor data integrity on sales dashboards and provide user support to the field for sales tools.
Open orders control to avoid BO real or non-real – root cause analysis
Transition Period Responsibilities
Support SAP user tests, ensuring OTC processes meet APM customer requirements.
Manage private customer portals (updates, proposals, inquiries, and order workflows).
Ensure accurate invoicing of public procurement commitment orders.
What you'll need
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Law, Accounting, or related fields.
Experience with public/private tenders and proposal preparation.
Knowledge of tender regulations; SAP experience is a plus.
Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in in related field , 3 years years experience of previous analytical experience including, spreadsheets, database management systems, and word processing Required
