We are seeking an experienced HR Manager/Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in managing all aspects of the recruitment process and employee support. Your role will involve creating strategies for attracting and retaining talent, as well as working closely with various departments to ensure efficient and high-quality recruitment.
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with stakeholders, and attracting top talent across multiple business functions.
What will you do:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: from creating job postings and advertisements to conducting interviews and extending job offers.
- Define candidate requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Gather and analyze labor market data, salary competitiveness, and other factors affecting talent acquisition.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates for fit with company requirements.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees and provide ongoing support.
- Develop and implement programs for employee retention and development.
- Advise management on HR matters and personnel policies.
- Maintain recruitment process reports and provide regular updates on recruitment outcomes.
Key Skills Required:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and HR management.
Experience recruiting across multiple functions such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other business roles.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with candidates and employees.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in high-pressure situations.
Experience with HR systems and recruitment tools.
English level - Upper Intermediate
