About the Role10x Team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for knowledgeable growth marketeers based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered marketing and growth systems.
What You Will Do
Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to growth marketing strategy, campaign execution, funnel optimization, and practical aspects of growth marketing work
Evaluate AI responses for strategic value, practicality, and compliance with real-world marketing practices
Draft realistic growth marketing scenarios based on your direct professional experience
Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. growth marketeer, product manager, client, or agency partner)
Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated marketing content
In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects authentic growth marketing processes, campaign strategy, and practical marketing decision-making. Rather than conducting traditional marketing work, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about growth marketing at scale.
Who You Are
A senior-level growth marketeer with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
Experienced in advising on, developing, and executing growth marketing strategies, campaigns, and experiments
Skilled at evaluating content for marketing consistency, strategic clarity, and compliance
Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
