Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Professional Services Consultant – SASE to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of secure access architectures for enterprise customers. This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end implementation and advisory services across SASE, Zero Trust, Cloud Security, and Network Transformation initiatives. The consultant will work closely with customer architects, leadership stakeholders, and internal cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient solutions. This is a customer-facing delivery leadership role requiring both deep technical expertise and strong consulting capability.
Your Impact Architecture and Design
Lead customer engagements related to SASE transformation, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), remote access modernization, hybrid workforce enablement, and cloud connectivity. Translate business and security requirements into High Level Designs (HLD), Low Level Designs (LLD), migration strategies, and reference architectures. Design solutions covering secure remote access, application segmentation, internet access security, multi-cloud connectivity, and branch transformation.
Implementation and Delivery
Own end-to-end deployment of SASE platforms and secure connectivity models. Lead complex transformation initiatives such as VPN to ZTNA migration, data center to cloud transitions, and legacy network modernization. Drive deployment planning, configuration strategy, validation, optimization, and production rollout.
Customer Consulting
Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders including technical teams and leadership. Provide guidance on best practices, scalability planning, operational readiness, and security posture maturity. Influence customer architecture decisions through design discussions and technical advisory.
Strategic Delivery Leadership
Handle large-scale enterprise deployments across multi-region environments. Lead design workshops, migration planning sessions, architecture reviews, and readiness assessments. Provide risk analysis, optimization strategies, and performance tuning recommendations.
Mentoring and Enablement
Mentor consultants and engineers. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and technical enablement workshops for both internal and customer teams.
Documentation and Governance
Deliver HLD, LLD, runbooks, and as-built documentation. Ensure delivery quality, governance alignment, and customer adoption readiness.
Qualifications
Required Skills
Technical
Strong expertise in SASE architecture, Zero Trust principles, remote access modernization, and network segmentation. Experience with identity-based access models, cloud networking, secure application onboarding, and policy-driven security. Understanding of routing fundamentals, encryption concepts, and network performance optimization.
Consulting
Ability to run technical workshops, influence architecture decisions, and translate business goals into technical designs.
Experience
8+ years of experience in Network Security, Cloud Security, or Professional Services delivery. Proven experience delivering enterprise SASE deployments and secure access transformation initiatives.
Preferred
Experience working in multi-vendor environments and large-scale migration programs. Relevant network, security, or cloud certifications.
Success in this role is measured by successful enterprise deployments, ability to influence customer architecture, leadership in transformation programs, and long-term adoption of secure access solutions.
