Project Manager (Infra)
Engage stakeholders to translate business requirements into network/application infrastructure designs and services that meet intended availability, capacity, resiliency, security, and continuity needs.
Forecast and manage budgets to support project initiatives and ongoing maintenance contracts.
Work with service providers to design, develop, deploy, and configure infrastructure solutions to meet confidentiality, availability, and data integrity requirements.
Oversee day-to-day delivery and support of infrastructure services, ensuring operational stability, performance, and timely issue resolution.
Collaborate with other government agencies and central service teams to facilitate and deliver government-wide infrastructure projects.
Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for project planning, contract renewals, and performance reviews.
Prepare project documentation including design specifications, system architecture, and operational guidelines.
Conduct risk assessments, audits, and compliance checks to ensure adherence to cybersecurity and governance frameworks.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating new technologies, recommending enhancements, and streamlining processes.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members in infrastructure design and support.
Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in enterprise-level ICT infrastructure
