Position Summary
The Production Team Performance Leader (TPL) leads Work Center Operators to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality production within an assigned production area. This role oversees shift operations, executes the production schedule, balances workloads, and drives continuous improvement while meeting safety, quality, and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily shift operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and line‑rate targets.
Coordinate line setup, staffing, and line balancing to meet production schedules.
Partner with Warehouse, QA, and Maintenance to prevent downtime and maintain productivity.
Lead Tier 1 shift meetings, short‑term interval control audits, and real‑time problem solving.
Complete 5‑Why and PDCA activities when targets are missed; drive Lean and continuous improvement efforts.
Coach, train, and develop operators; provide hands‑on support and cover operator roles as needed.
Ensure accurate SAP transactions and production reporting.
Promote and enforce compliance with EH&S, ISO 9001, GMP, and quality procedures.
Support environmental compliance, waste minimization, and proper disposition of non‑conforming materials.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required; post‑secondary education in a technical or science field preferred.
3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and experience operating production equipment.
Additional Skills
Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Safety‑focused, adaptable, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Team‑oriented with the ability to coach and develop others.
Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Platform, SAP).
Flexibility to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as required.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $54,080.00 and 72,110.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
