Job Description
Join us as a Senior PPI Business System Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where you'll implement meaningful change through our Practical Process Improvement (PPI) Business System. In this role, you'll collaborate with site and business leadership to build a culture of continuous improvement that enables profitable growth, enhances quality, and improves both customer and employee experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with leadership and extended team to ensure timely, efficient and aligned execution of strategic initiatives
- Facilitates and leads PPI projects aiming at waste elimination, capacity improvement, process optimization and standardization utilizing standard PPI tools and methodologies, share experience
- Train, develop, and coach other colleagues in various PPI tools and methodologies
- Challenge organizational leaders as necessary to create an action-biased culture of continuous improvement and spread PPI and Lean thinking
- Provide PPI Business System support through project traceability, pipeline building and productivity tracking and reporting
- Help teams identify new projects through value stream mapping, data analysis, daily management systems, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, operations or business
- English level: B2
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives / projects to successful completion within established frameworks
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with and positively influence leadership and all levels of the organization
- Strong communicator, including solid written, oral and presentation-giving skills
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve using established methodologies
- TWI Job Instruction (JI) certification, PPI Process Manager certification, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred

Compensation
The monthly salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €3 441,67–€5 166,67.
