Your Role: Tech Recruiter – 360 (BD Focus)
This is a full-cycle, client-facing recruitment role where you will be responsible for both business development and talent delivery.
You will own the entire recruitment lifecycle from identifying and engaging clients to sourcing, qualifying, and placing candidates.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a 360 environment and enjoys building relationships on both the client and candidate side.
Core Responsibilities:
Market Expansion & Client Acquisition
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting Singapore’s SME and startup sectors
Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn prospecting, outreach, networking, and referrals
Conduct discovery calls to understand hiring needs and position tailored recruitment solutions
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients and recurring opportunities
360 Recruitment Delivery
Drive the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing candidates
Partner closely with clients to understand role requirements, culture fit, and expectations
Maintain high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Ensure timely and accurate coordination between candidates and clients
Client Relationship Management
Build strong, long-term relationships with founders, executives, and hiring managers
Act as a trusted advisor by aligning talent solutions with business goals
Ensure smooth handover to internal teams for onboarding and account management
Collaboration & Strategy
Work closely with leadership to refine outreach strategies and recruitment processes
Provide insights on market trends, talent availability, and competitor activity
Support employer branding and represent Assist World in relevant business communities
What We’re Looking For:
2–4 years of experience in 360 recruitment, with a strong focus on business development
Background in tech recruitment (e.g., software, IT, SaaS) with a solid understanding of the talent market
Ability to operate in a full-cycle role handling both client acquisition and candidate delivery
Strong foundation across key tech focuses, with the ability to expand into other advanced technologies
Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (preferred for Singapore market coverage)
Strong consultative approach with experience in stakeholder management and relationship building
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and outbound sourcing strategies
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a performance-driven environment
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Data-driven mindset with strong business acumen
Self-motivated, competitive, and growth-oriented
Must be willing to work EST hours during the initial 2-month training period
Compensation & Details
Salary: RM 8,000/month
Commission: Performance bonuses
Location: Batu Kawan, Penang (On-site)
