Working Hours: 09:30–18:00, Monday–Friday

Work Model: On‑site (Hybrid possible after month 2 based on performance)

About the Role

We are looking for near‑native Dutch speakers (no Flemish accents) with B2 English to join our Customer Services team supporting CAK in the Netherlands.

As a Customer Contact Specialist, you will handle inquiries related to the Social Support Act (Wmo) and Long-Term Care Act (WLZ). Your daily tasks will involve:

  • Providing phone support to Dutch citizens
  • Addressing questions regarding outstanding balances, direct debit, administrative processes and changes related to these two schemes
  • Guiding customers clearly and professionally through their requests

Training: 1–2 weeks depending on group size and performance.

Compensation

  • €2045 gross monthly salary
  • €100 performance bonus
  • €800 welcome bonus

Relocation Package

We offer a comprehensive relocation assistance program:

  • Reimbursement of travel expenses up to 490 BGN after 6 months (travel documents required)

  • If employment ends within the first 6 months:
    • Any outstanding advance salary will be deducted from final pay
    • Travel reimbursement will not be paid
  • Hotel accommodation arranged by the company from the confirmed arrival date
    • If the employee does not check in and fails to inform the hotel by 12:00 noon, the cost of that night is charged to the employee

Requirements

  • Near‑native Dutch (no Flemish accents)
  • B2 English
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
