DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

We are seeking an experienced Post-Sales Engineer with deep expertise in Thales security solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and validating secure architectures for payment systems, PKI, and digital signing environments. You will also enable partners with technical knowledge and ensure regulatory compliance across deployments.

As the Post Sales Engineer, you will:

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement security frameworks using CipherTrust Manager and Luna HSMs for PKI and digital signing solutions.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for payShield 10K, ensuring secure payment processing and key management.

  • Lead Proof of Concept (POC) deployments, ensuring successful validation of hardware and software solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including DPDP Act 2023 and UIDAI (AUA/KUA), meeting FIPS 140-2 Level 3 standards.

  • Conduct technical enablement sessions and certification workshops for channel partners to enhance technical capabilities

Technical Skills & Knowledge

  • Design, deploy, and manage Hardware Root of Trust solutions, including high-availability (HA) clustering and multi-tenant logical partitioning for secure enterprise environments.

  • Implement and support payment HSM architectures, including LMK management, PIN processing, and secure card issuance.

  • Configure and maintain Transparent Encryption (CTE), Tokenization, and Cloud Key Management (CCKM) to secure sensitive data across on-premise and cloud environments.

  • Apply High-Speed Encryption (HSE) to protect data-in-motion across network layers 2, 3, and 4, ensuring end-to-end security compliance.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Post Sales Engineer :

  • Minimum 7 years in cybersecurity pre-sales or technical consulting, with a strong focus on hardware security and encryption solutions.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
  • Good to have Thales certifications (e.g., Luna HSM, payShield) are required; industry-standard certifications such as CISSP or CISM are highly desirable.
