Business Marketing Researcher
Position Summary:
The position assists the managers of the Business and Marketing Department in:
Industrial materials trading (mainly importing), and new business development, including startups, infrastructure, and mobility sectors.
Representing company in the Egyptian market, this role involves maintaining and developing company’s market presence and identifying potential new business opportunities.
The candidate will maintain active relationships with customers, suppliers, partners, and government authorities, in alignment with company’s business strategy.
Key Accountabilities:
- Conduct market intelligence gathering and analysis through visits, meetings, and media sources.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in relevant sectors.
- Support ongoing business through engagement with local partners, suppliers, and customers.
- Prepare relevant reports and meeting summaries in a timely manner.
- Perform other related tasks as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Work Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role, preferably in an international environment
Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic
Skills:
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Learning and growth mindset
Ability to work under pressure
Proficient in MS Office
Problem-solving skills
Preferred:
Market knowledge of industrial materials, infrastructure, and mobility
Familiarity with trading terms (import, payment, Incoterms, etc.)
Resident in Cairo or Giza
Fulfilled or exempted from military service
