Job Summary
We are hiring a GTM Engineer (Go-To-Market Engineer) to build, launch, and optimize high-performance outbound campaigns for SaaS clients.
This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys experimenting with cutting-edge tools, and wants to directly impact pipeline generation.
You’ll work closely with leadership and clients to translate buying signals into scalable outbound systems that drive measurable revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Build and launch outbound campaigns using Clay, SmartLead, HeyReach, and automation tools
Use Claude (AI) to generate, test, and optimize outbound messaging at scale
Turn real-time buying signals into highly targeted prospecting workflows
Build automated GTM systems using tools like n8n and APIs
Continuously test, iterate, and optimize sequences for conversion
Improve campaign speed, efficiency, and scalability
Track performance through CRM attribution and optimize for pipeline outcomes
Key KPIs:
📊 Campaigns launched per day, week, and month
⚡ Time-to-launch for new campaigns (speed + efficiency)
📈 Campaign performance and pipeline contribution
Must-Haves:
Deep expertise in Clay (non-negotiable)
Hands-on experience using Claude for outbound, personalization, and workflow automation (non-negotiable)
Proven experience in GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering, or outbound infrastructure roles
Strong experience with automation tools (e.g., n8n, APIs, Zapier)
Familiarity with modern outbound stack (SmartLead, HeyReach, etc.)
Experience in B2B SaaS outbound and lead generation systems
Prior experience in a startup or agency environment
Ability to work US hours (preferably PT overlap)
Nice-to-Have
Experience building AI-powered outbound workflows at scale
Strong understanding of CRM systems and attribution models
Exposure to CRO-led revenue strategies
Passion for testing new GTM and AI tools
