Online Investigation Assistant (Content Moderation)

Responsibilities:

  • Qualifies an object of a data set as irrelevant or valid and is within the scope of the parameters

  • Provides evidence through screenshots and other information based on the guidelines provided

  • Make sure that data accuracy is maintained and is above 90%

  • ATLEAST 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE AS A CONTENT MODERATOR

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision

  • Has experience in back-office / data entry work

  • Has experience in repetitive work

  • Has experience working in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic understanding of databases

  • At least one year experience as a Content Moderator
