Online Investigation Assistant (Content Moderation)
Responsibilities:
Qualifies an object of a data set as irrelevant or valid and is within the scope of the parameters
Provides evidence through screenshots and other information based on the guidelines provided
Make sure that data accuracy is maintained and is above 90%
ATLEAST 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE AS A CONTENT MODERATOR
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Has experience in back-office / data entry work
Has experience in repetitive work
Has experience working in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of databases
At least one year experience as a Content Moderator
