RF Production Lead Engineer, Electronic Warfare
Lead Engineer to contribute to design reviews, design and troubleshoot RF test stations, define requirements for automated testing, and lead continuous improvement of RF Systems manufacturing.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Contribute to design reviews acting as an expert in design for manufacture, design for test, producibility, supplier capability assessments, and quality and reliability improvements.
- Design and troubleshoot RF test stations and associated support equipment for RF production.
- Define requirements for automated testing, RF test selection, and production testing and validation.
- Lead problem containment and structured root cause & corrective action investigations.
- Lead the continuous improvement process of RF Systems manufacturing.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 4 year engineering degree (Preferably Electrical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Mechanical).
- 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Extensive experience in manufacturing RF systems and New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Extensive experience in electronic circuits, design principles, and manufacturing techniques to solve complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Software Defined Radios (SDR), Power Amplifiers (PA), Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA), filters, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

US Salary Range
$160,000—$260,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
