Video Producer, supervised by the Video Production Manager and Executive Producers, works in partnership with other producers, editors, animators, and Havas’ agency creatives, PMs, account managers, and Growth team, and will have a hand in every aspect of video and animation production from inception through completion. Strong communication skills with creatives, clients and production partners are a must.
The ideal candidate will have energy in abundance, an excellent sense of portraying diverse storytelling with motion graphics, animation, and footage. You will be responsible for managing project workflows, budgets, and timelines; and coordinating resources and talent. You must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, work in a collaborative environment, and be extremely organized in delivering high-quality video content.
A passionate recognition of great creative, and the ability to provide resources to deliver the best possible work, you should offer a creative perspective throughout the production process.
We are seeking an individual with previous experience working in both production and post-production, ideally in an agency environment.
Responsabilities:
- Field incoming requests and briefs for projects from agencies and gather all of the relevant information to generate a production plan, a timeline, and a budget.
- Manage the day-to-day production needs of projects including daily dialogue with the staff and freelancers, and agency Creatives, Account, Project Managers, and Growth Associates.
- Financial supervision of projects including creating, adjusting, tracking, and actualizing budgets.
- Attend, and document project briefings/kickoffs, internal resourcing meetings and reviews.
- The ability to establish priorities while handling multiple projects.
- Strong client-facing interaction abilities.
- Comfortable being flexible and adapting working styles based on the specific needs of a project.
- Develop and effectively communicate project concepts and ideas.
- Maintains quality control standards to ensure all work meets the highest possible standards.
- Produce and direct remote video shoots and voice-over recording sessions.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate with groups.
- Strong desire to be a part of a team, grow and learn from those around you.
- Foster a positive team atmosphere and find opportunities to synthetize and unite global Prose on Pixels teams.

Ideal Expirience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Video Producer
- Production, Communications, Advertising, or similar degree.
- Experience producing & directing video productions.
- Advertising agency experience is a plus.
- Understanding of production and post-production workflows, including 2D and 3D animation.
- Outstanding communication in English and Spanish, both oral and written.
- An understanding of editing workflows and file structuring.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, Adobe Premiere and After Effects a plus.
- Budgeting and scheduling capacities and experience.
- Experience in health-care fields in any capacity is a plus.
- Experience simultaneously managing multiple projects at an advertising agency or similar work environment.
- Production company experience and the ability to manage productions from start to finish, including editing and finishing.
- Most importantly, you should have a great sense of humor, enjoy working as part of an international team and being an enthusiastic part of a rapidly growing business.
