Position: Channel Management Manager
Role Overview
Join our collaborative team as a Channel Management Manager and play a key role in driving Thermo Fisher Scientific’s growth through strategic channel partnerships.
In this role, you’ll:
Develop and execute comprehensive channel strategies to expand market presence in the clinical market
Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners
Ensure alignment with Thermo Fisher Scientific’s mission and commercial objectives

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of experience in channel management, sales, or related commercial roles
Preferred fields of study:
Business
Marketing
Chemistry
Engineering
Life Sciences or related field
Core Competencies
Proven success in developing and executing channel strategies
Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze data and drive actionable insights
Excellent relationship management and stakeholder influence skills
Experience implementing channel partner programs, incentives, and performance metrics
Technical & Business Skills
Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Project management capabilities and strong attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Industry & Commercial Experience
Experience in analytical instrumentation, life sciences, or laboratory products preferred
Demonstrated success achieving sales targets
Experience managing complex distribution networks
Ability to develop and deliver training programs for channel partners
Experience with channel partner agreements and compliance requirements
Travel
- Willingness to travel up to 60% to support channel partners and customers

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
