Partners heavily with Enterprise Sales function to ensure success across onboarding, enablement, and further opportunities. Unlike other CS teams, they are not directly responsible for commercials. Works to provide the appropriate resources needed for the customer to be successful. These resources include documentation, support, enablement and engagements with other internal experts such as product and engineering. By gaining an understanding of their business and objectives they work to identify opportunities for new problems Datadog can help the customer solve. Fluent in customers problems, key business drivers and implementation objectives Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
