We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative / Client Services Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Manage a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and online chats from customers who are placing orders, inquiringabout an order, product information, and general order assistance
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
Stay current with industry changes/trends to provide best in class service
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Proficient in the required language
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrates the ability to communicate with others effectively, listen closely and convey points clearly.
Strong affinity for customer services.
Shows the ability to calm patients during a stressful situation.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
